1. It Begins at Home…
No matter where you are in the world, if you have any unused fashion items, you can email our customer service at service@vip.hono8.com. Our professional staff will contact you and schedule a video call to provide you with real-time assistance. Alternatively, you can submit clear pictures and videos of your items through the seller section form on our website, or directly send the pictures and videos to our customer service email at service@vip.hono8.com. After reviewing your items, we will list them on our platform. If a buyer places an order, we will notify you via your registered email and guide you through the shipping and payment process.
2. Authentication and Valuation…
Once we received your email and confirmed your items can be selled in our website, you will receive an confirming email. you should offer a documents of authenticity guarantee commitment letter on the authentication and valuation of each item.
Each seller must pay a minimum authenticity deposit of $2000 to sell their products on the platform. This deposit will be refunded via the original payment method after the seller delists all items and deletes their account from the platform.
3. Selling and Earning…
WEWEVIP really will do all the work for you! We deal with the sales process from beginning to end, including all communications, shipping and returns. Once a month you will receive a summary of pieces sold. You will receive payment in the month following the purchasers 14-day potential returns period. Funds will be deposited straight into your bank account. The more you sell, the more you earn.
